Product Compliance

All hemp-derived products brokered by Ethos Distributing comply with applicable federal law, including the 2018 Farm Bill, and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis. Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable state and local laws in their jurisdiction prior to purchase.

Specialty botanicals (including kava, blue lotus, and kanna) are sold for use in lawful products only. Buyers assume full responsibility for compliance with all applicable regulations in their jurisdiction.
